About the role
- Platform Product Manager enhancing developer productivity at Autodesk. Leading internal development platform with AI tools and practices for internal engineers.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and pain points along the developer experience and manage a prioritized roadmap for Autodesk’s internal development platform
- Translate business and user needs into platform capabilities that reduce friction and enable secure, high-quality software delivery
- Conduct competitive and industry research to ensure our platform is aligned with emerging trends in developer tools and AI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and research teams to validate solutions and prioritize impact
- Drive product decisions and platform evolution using a lean, data-informed mindset
- Present platform strategy and outcomes to senior leadership, including CTO and CIO stakeholders
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, aligning teams around shared goals and metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Strong background in platform or developer productivity tools
- Proven track record delivering platform capabilities for internal engineering teams at Enterprise scale
- Strong familiarity and hands on experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub, CloudBees, Artifactory, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace
- Experience integrating or evaluating AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, etc)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Ability to manage complex cross-org initiatives and communicate with executive audiences
