About the role
- Implementation Consultant training auto repair shops on AutoLeap’s cloud-based management software. Managing customer implementations, relationships, feedback, and occasional on-site strategic-account support.
Responsibilities
- Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap
- Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes
- Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to customers
- Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts as needed
- Share customer feedback with the Product team
- Collaborate with peers to continuously improve processes and operations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in software implementations
- Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction
- A strong track record of achievement in previous roles
- Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team
- Ability to travel for on-site support and training to strategic accounts
- French/English bilingual preferred
