Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing consistent progress updates and reporting.
Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and industry best practices.
Monitor and control project expenditures, adjusting plans as needed to remain on budget.
Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with original project goals.
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate collaboration and project success.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation such as plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Identify obstacles and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Excellent leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is considered an asset.
