About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing ERP implementation at L3Harris in Canada. Managing projects across finance, engineering, and quality while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures major projects and programs are managed across functional groups
  • Lead strategic projects and provide support with bids and proposals
  • Provide guidance and make decisions on project issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control guidelines
  • Interfacing and managing relationships with Domestic and International customers
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure technical, schedule and budget compliance
  • Management of suppliers/subcontractors and manufacturers
  • Evaluate project risk and develop mitigation plans
  • Review project expenditure, cash collection and EAC forecasts
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and lead internal project status reviews
  • Keep management fully informed on progress
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commerce or management
  • 5+ years of work-related experience
  • PMP certification is desirable
  • Practical knowledge of project management
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation
  • Familiarity with Infor LN
  • Experience coordinating project activities across engineering, procurement, and site teams
  • Strong ability to develop and track project schedules and manage risks
  • Hands-on involvement in preparing project plans, technical documentation, change requests, and progress reports
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Proficient with project management tools and software (MS Project, SharePoint)
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
