About the role
- Seeking Project Leaders to manage complex projects from initiation to closeout. Coordinate teams, control budgets/schedules, manage risks, ensure safety/quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closeout using approved project management processes. Prepare project charters, scope, schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Monitor cost, schedule, and quality; provide regular reports to management. Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, contracts, and safety standards.
Requirements
- 4-year Engineering/Applied Science degree (or equivalent) + project management/business economics knowledge. 6–8 years of project management experience in heavy industry or generating stations. Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, complex contracts, and project schedules. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and environmental regulations.
