About the role

  • Claims Adjuster managing insurance claims for individuals and businesses. Evaluating damages, coordinating with various stakeholders, and authorizing claims settlements.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate into the Property Claims team, support and review
  • Process and ensure continuity of claim files
  • Conduct necessary investigations on claims files
  • Assess the extent of damages and prepare estimates
  • Coordinate activities of various stakeholders
  • Make decisions on claims payments
  • Verify invoices submitted by policyholders and suppliers
  • Determine indemnities according to the insurance contract
  • Identify potentially fraudulent files
  • Assess recovery possibilities
  • Authorize claim settlements
  • Provide recommendations to personal insurance management

Requirements

  • DEC or AEC in insurance, claims settlement specialization
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an external claims adjuster
  • P.A.A. designation or in the process of obtaining it
  • License in commercial insurance
  • Available to provide 24-hour claims service
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
