About the role

  • Cyber Claims Examiner focusing on handling complex Cyber liability claims for an independent TPA. Producing reports and liaising with stakeholders to settle claims effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Examine complex liability claims, with primary focus on Cyber claims
  • Produce reports with occasional guidance from Manager
  • Direct Field Adjusters on task assignment investigations
  • Settle claims directly with Insureds or their representatives
  • Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Report back to the syndicate or self-insured according to their guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of claims handling experience
  • 2+ years handling cyber claims
  • Your completed CIP courses, or working towards CIP designation
  • Your ability to hold an independent adjusting license
  • Exposure to the Lloyd's market would be an asset
  • Examples of your strong aptitude and ability to work with technology
  • Your attention to detail and your ability to communicate professionally.
