Responsibilities
Monitor emerging trends to anticipate developments and propose actions that enable the company to be a pioneer in organizational development practices
Develop evidence-based recommendations to enhance our current organizational development practices and programs
Propose intervention strategies tailored to various challenges and issues, strengthening the organization’s ability to address these situations in a compassionate and structured manner
Define a support strategy to stabilize crisis situations, support affected individuals, minimize organizational impacts, and maintain a healthy, high-performing work environment
Support Beneva teams through facilitation and team-building initiatives to strengthen team synergies, collaboration, and engagement
Lead a working committee made up of representatives from various sectors to provide a forum for exchange, reflection, and coordination, consolidating initiatives and efforts related to managing the human impacts of the strategic plan
Propose innovative solutions aligned with the Culture and Organizational Development portfolio, including hybrid work, employee and manager experience, engagement, performance management, recognition, onboarding and integration, organizational culture, and equity, diversity and inclusion
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations/human resources, career counselling (guidance), occupational psychology, or business administration
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in similar roles
Familiarity with recent approaches to organizational development and project management
Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and intermediate-advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
