About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing development projects supporting organizational goals at Beneva. Focused on Agile delivery, collaboration, and ongoing accountability for performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and implement development projects and initiatives
  • Ensure performance across all areas required to deliver the initiatives' scope
  • Coordinate business components, including change management
  • Produce required metrics and measurements
  • Provide periodic portfolio updates and produce progress reports
  • Mentor and supervise resources assigned to the project

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in project environments and/or systems development
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in project management/coordination or equivalent
  • Experience with projects using an Agile approach
  • Project management certification or scaled agility (SAFe) certification are assets
  • Good knowledge of business domains related to insurance or financial services (asset)
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written
