Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and implement development projects and initiatives
- Ensure performance across all areas required to deliver the initiatives' scope
- Coordinate business components, including change management
- Produce required metrics and measurements
- Provide periodic portfolio updates and produce progress reports
- Mentor and supervise resources assigned to the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in project environments and/or systems development
- Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in project management/coordination or equivalent
- Experience with projects using an Agile approach
- Project management certification or scaled agility (SAFe) certification are assets
- Good knowledge of business domains related to insurance or financial services (asset)
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written
