Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand design strategy aligned with Benevity's business objectives.
Lead the evolution of Benevity’s visual identity system, across all media.
Lead day to day execution and output of creative team and brainstorming for major marketing programs, product launches, and events.
Own the creative team's intake process, project prioritization, and capacity planning.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and People teams to ensure appropriate input and creative briefs.
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to deliver a high-performing, on-brand web experience.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in brand design, with at least 3 years of creative leadership experience with B2B brands.
A portfolio showcasing world-class design execution and strategic thinking across digital, print, video and physical environments.
Proven experience leading complex creative projects, developing a creative team and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Excellent verbal and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and their impact on business goals.
Expert-level proficiency in traditional, video and evolving digital design tools.
