About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers on system and data integrations with the Salesforce platform
- Develop, test, debug, and demonstrate your work in an agile environment
- Contribute to team success by using your Salesforce domain expertise
- Take initiatives in proposing and implementing application changes to address business needs
- Strengthen your leadership skills by giving technical direction to peers
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience on Salesforce service cloud
- Strong Apex programming experience or strong background in software development
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and supporting customer service-related applications
- Experience with LWC or front-end Salesforce development
- Experience with API-led development and Microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes as part of the end-to-end application ownership
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles, with the ability to work established application architectures and follow development best practices
- Production support and operational support experience, including troubleshooting, incident management, and supporting applications in a live environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business partners, store associates, Salesforce support teams, and developers
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, or distributed systems is an asset
- Java development experience is an asset
- Experience with DevOps practices, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Git, OpenShift, Kubernetes Docker), and deploying Java applications to cloud environments is a bonus
