Responsibilities
Lead the creation and in-engine integration of high-quality assets in Unreal Engine
Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve asset and integration issues to maintain a high level of quality
Translate art direction into consistent, production-ready assets
Work closely with the Technical Lead on quality and performance matters
Act as a key contributor throughout the production pipeline, supporting the team and proposing solutions
Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
Excellent command of polygonal modeling for both hard-surface and organic subjects
Strong understanding of Levels of Detail (LOD) and optimization techniques to deliver performant real-time assets
Good knowledge of UV unwrapping
Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine
Ability to interpret and apply art briefs and style guides with rigor and consistency
Familiarity with Blender is an asset
