About the role
- Lead the UX strategy for player-facing platforms and internal tools, focusing on scalable interaction patterns and efficient workflows. Produce wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, supported by research, usability testing and data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the UX strategy for player-facing platforms and internal tools (LiveOps, CMS, account experiences)
- Design and optimize complex workflows, ensuring efficient operations and smooth user journeys
- Create scalable interaction patterns that balance internal efficiency with clarity for players
- Produce wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Leverage research, usability testing and data analysis to identify friction points and inform improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and LiveOps teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while contributing to design systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex systems, internal tools or platform UX experiences
- Experience with live-operated products, SaaS tools or gaming-related platforms is a major plus
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a creative, independent and adaptable manner
- Reliable and flexible team member, able to contribute quickly and effectively on projects with real constraints
- Excellent command of Figma; experience with Adobe tools is a plus
