Responsibilities
Design intuitive, accessible, and emotionally engaging player experiences, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams;
Create UX solutions that balance player needs, product goals, and technical constraints;
Lead end-to-end UX from concept to delivery: player journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and fully realized interaction designs;
Advocate for the player perspective to ensure every feature enhances satisfaction, clarity, and enjoyment;
Turn user research and playtest feedback into targeted, high-impact design improvements;
Elevate the team’s UX maturity by promoting best practices, principles, and high-quality standards.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a UX designer in video games (experience with a game engine is a plus);
Excellent understanding of player-centered UX and player behavior;
Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail;
Clear communicator, comfortable working in team environments;
Creative, curious, and passionate about video games;
Comfortable with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Suite; motion design skills are an asset.
