About the role

  • Senior Product Owner for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing application at a digital transformation consultancy. Leading product development and enhancing customer engagement through intelligent personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing features
  • Translate product strategy into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution with Engineering
  • Partner with Data Science to operationalize AI/ML-driven personalization and optimization
  • Own the React.js front-end experience, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability
  • Drive experimentation (A/B testing) to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior Product Owners

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Operations, or Product Analytics roles
  • Strong experience delivering complex, customer-facing software products
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, funnels, and experimentation
  • Comfort working with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and dependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in martech, messaging platforms, or enterprise eCommerce ecosystems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SMS and email delivery systems and personalization technologies (preferred)
  • Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of React.js front-end architecture (preferred)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Amplitude, or Looker (preferred)
