About the role
- Senior Product Owner for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing application at a digital transformation consultancy. Leading product development and enhancing customer engagement through intelligent personalization.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing features
- Translate product strategy into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution with Engineering
- Partner with Data Science to operationalize AI/ML-driven personalization and optimization
- Own the React.js front-end experience, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability
- Drive experimentation (A/B testing) to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior Product Owners
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Operations, or Product Analytics roles
- Strong experience delivering complex, customer-facing software products
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, funnels, and experimentation
- Comfort working with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in martech, messaging platforms, or enterprise eCommerce ecosystems (preferred)
- Familiarity with SMS and email delivery systems and personalization technologies (preferred)
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features (preferred)
- Working knowledge of React.js front-end architecture (preferred)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Amplitude, or Looker (preferred)
