About the role

  • Director of Product driving credit card and payments platform delivery for banks, fintechs, and global brands. Leading integrations, roadmap execution, and scalable financial product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution excellence, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and error-free delivery aligned with business priorities
  • Establish cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams to deliver shared goals
  • Focus on seamless execution across key areas of the credit card and payments platforms
  • Support end-to-end product development from design through implementation, launch, and iteration
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable product solutions
  • Deliver complex partner integrations and drive continued growth in B2B clients
  • Own delivery modules when deploying to new banks or fintech clients
  • Define product positioning and value propositions through customer insights, market research, and industry trends
  • Translate business and partner requirements into product requirements, technical specifications, and system designs
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to improve product outcomes
  • Mentor and lead product team members, fostering a high-performance, execution-focused culture

Requirements

  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Rigorous analytical approach, design thinking & problem solving skills
  • High agency and curiosity
  • 7+ years of product or engineering experience
  • Strong domain expertise in US and Canada credit cards and payments, including prepaid and cross-border
  • Strong ability to solve business problems in a multi-faceted complex platform ecosystem
  • Demonstrated interest in driving growth through innovation and execution
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a drive to deliver results
  • Proven experience supporting large scale B2B product implementations (bonus)
  • Hands-on coding experience (bonus)
  • Experience working with AI/LLMs and collaborating closely with technical teams (bonus)
