About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing implementation of new clients and services at Broadridge. Responsible for managing multi-functional project teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage assigned projects through effective relationship management and project management best practices
  • Ensure successful implementation of products/services offered in conjunction with Broadridge solutions
  • Be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects: planning, scoping, scheduling, managing and expanding projects
  • Prepare Operational documentation and obtain client requirements
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and outsource providers
  • Assume ownership for successful implementation of projects
  • Manage the development and execution of multiple projects concurrently
  • Work with internal and external resources to ensure World Class delivery
  • Deliver quality products and services within a committed budget and schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management or related experience
  • University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Professional accreditation in Project Management is an asset (PMI)
  • Financial services and print industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with key markets (investment community) is an asset
  • Experience utilizing project management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage the execution of multiple projects
