About the role
- Project Manager overseeing implementation of new clients and services at Broadridge. Responsible for managing multi-functional project teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage assigned projects through effective relationship management and project management best practices
- Ensure successful implementation of products/services offered in conjunction with Broadridge solutions
- Be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects: planning, scoping, scheduling, managing and expanding projects
- Prepare Operational documentation and obtain client requirements
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and outsource providers
- Assume ownership for successful implementation of projects
- Manage the development and execution of multiple projects concurrently
- Work with internal and external resources to ensure World Class delivery
- Deliver quality products and services within a committed budget and schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management or related experience
- University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Professional accreditation in Project Management is an asset (PMI)
- Financial services and print industry knowledge
- Familiarity with key markets (investment community) is an asset
- Experience utilizing project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage the execution of multiple projects
