About the role

  • Project Manager managing the delivery of financial solutions in Capital Markets at Broadridge. Involves collaboration across teams and multiple phases of project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the delivery and implementation within a SAFe environment.
  • Participating in all phases of onboarding clients i.e., scoping, implementation / configuration definition, user testing support, training, and migration activities.
  • Planning & Tracking; Defining and tracking the Program Increments, aligned to the Project and Product Roadmaps.
  • Reporting: Providing concise and accurate information to inform and drive actions you will report to the client and internally on progress during the program.
  • Acceptance: Ensuring that there is a clearly defined, managed, and tracked acceptance definition plan for completion.
  • User Testing Management: Managing and coordinating teams during all test phases, aligned to the acceptance definition.
  • Migration/Onboarding; Manage the definition, delivery, and acceptance approach for migrating/onboarding data.
  • Scope Definition: Work with Scope Owners, BAs, and your client.
  • Business Case Management: Ensure that the program is tracked to the agreed business case.
  • Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues during implementation.
  • Product Readiness: Navigate the move from implementation to live running and support.
  • Quality: Ensure feedback on the quality of deliveries across implementation activities.
  • Collaboration; Work closely with internal teams on delivery and provide mentoring/guidance to junior members.
  • Continual Improvement: Actively monitor and review implementations processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Business or Finance.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a PM role, or previous PMO experience.
  • Strong interest in developing into a Project Management position.
  • Proven track record of project delivery within a Capital markets and banking environment.
  • Experience of large-scale integration projects.
  • Strong experience of vendor / client relationship management, preferably from the vendor perspective.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment, specifically SAFe.
  • Knowledge and use of JIRA and Confluence.
