About the role
- Consultant managing AI operations initiatives in Broccolini, focusing on integrating AI tools into existing workflows. Leading teams to enhance operational efficiency through dual technical and business skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sprint backlog and roadmap across all departments
- Facilitate workshops with teams to produce prioritized, actionable specifications
- Perform quality assurance before each deployment: accuracy, triggers, outputs, and edge cases
- Manage the skills registry and deliver a weekly status update to the CEO
- Mentor and oversee a mixed team composed of a senior builder, a junior builder, and interns
Requirements
- Strong business acumen: ability to translate requirements back and forth without loss of information
- Expertise in prompt engineering: writing and debugging production-grade LLM skills
- Product management instincts: sprint management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- No-code / low-code orientation: ability to build with AI tools rather than engineering pipelines
- Daily AI learning habit: AI learning integrated into regular work, not a one-off effort
