Requirements
- Proven track record in learning design and delivery
- Commercial lines experience (e.g., underwriting, claims adjusting, sales, or related)
- P&C insurance license in province of work required
- CAIB 1, 2 & 3 or 5 CIP courses an asset
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Strong facilitation skills
- Highly organized
- Experience with EPIC, insurer portals, and various program delivery platforms considered an asset
- Program creation experience
