About the role

  • Procurement Team Lead overseeing product fulfillment and vendor management at Bulletproof. Driving strategic improvements and balancing execution with leadership responsibilities in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees Product Fulfillment, Inventory Control, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Installation and Training, and Program Management
  • Provides leadership, direction, and coaching to the Bulletproof product fulfillment team
  • Coordinates order system setup, testing and delivery schedules
  • Streamlines processes and drives continuous improvement in all aspects of the product
  • Delegates responsibilities for projects and initiatives to the fulfillment team
  • Maintains positive relationships with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Develops and nurtures cross-functional relationships throughout Bulletproof and supply chain partners
  • Forecasts demand to facilitate inventory management
  • Ensures quality standards are achieved and deadlines are met
  • Oversees effective employee selection, hiring, onboarding and professional development process
  • Leads regular performance reviews, KPI tracking, and reporting for the procurement function
  • Establish and standardize procurement processes, workflows, and documentation
  • Handles all escalations that arise within the department
  • Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and vendor consolidation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fulfillment (IT industry experience preferred)
  • Strong procurement and vendor management experience (IT Hardware/IT Software preferred)
  • Previous experience in Project Management for complex IT products
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience (Preferred)
  • Multi-Product Operations leadership experience is preferred
  • Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Distribution Tools and Adobe Editor
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, computer, and organizational skills
  • Proven record of leading positive change
