About the role

  • Customer Success Manager guiding enterprise staffing and recruitment firms using Bullhorn’s cloud software. Driving adoption, retention, operational improvements, and strategic outcomes across complex customer portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational account needs within a portfolio of complex, high-value customers
  • Partner with customers to define objectives and drive operational improvements in their Bullhorn environment
  • Create and execute iterative Mutual Action Plans with success criteria and milestones
  • Own operational governance for assigned customers
  • Facilitate client meetings to review goals, metrics, initiatives, and escalations
  • Manage support escalations, issue trends, and enhancement requests
  • Identify risks and coordinate cross-functional resolution to mitigate customer escalations
  • Communicate product updates, system maintenance, and support insights
  • Align global, multi-divisional client environments to deliver consistent outcomes
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Technical Support, Product Support, and Account Management teams
  • Facilitate Operational Business Reviews and contribute to Executive Business Reviews
  • Prepare and present customer performance insights and strategic recommendations
  • Consume product and industry training to develop expertise in Bullhorn products and applications

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, Professional Services, or Support roles with large or enterprise clients
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Strategic consulting skills
  • Project management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Technical proficiency across multi-product SaaS environments
  • Bullhorn experience preferred and/or willingness to learn
  • Deep understanding of client business processes
  • Ability to align product capabilities with measurable business outcomes
  • Experience managing complex global client relationships across business units and time zones
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver under pressure
  • High emotional intelligence

  • Ability to manage difficult conversations
