About the role
- Finance Associate supporting billing, quote-to-cash, and revenue close processes for Bullhorn’s cloud staffing software. Resolving billing issues and maintaining financial data accuracy across global sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all financial aspects of the quote-to-cash process for a global sales force
- Review contracts and sales quotes for accuracy and ensure proper billing setup
- Manage internal escalations to identify and resolve process and billing inquiries
- Maintain data integrity within the billing system and CRM
- Investigate and explain significant month-over-month account changes during close reviews
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and tasks requiring data from multiple sources and Excel manipulation
- Maintain the order-to-cash process and revenue close procedures
- Collaborate with Billing Support, Renewals, Sales, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Resolve complex issues related to accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Anticipate and resolve issues to improve business efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience
- Strong Excel skills in a work environment
- Continuous improvement mindset

- Self-motivated and eager to tackle new projects
- Willingness to contribute as an integral part of a fast-paced team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field (bonus)
- Zuora experience (bonus)
