About the role

  • Senior Strategic Consultant configuring Bullhorn’s staffing software for complex implementations. Optimizing workflows, guiding customer adoption, and delivering operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Solution Owner on solution design and own execution and detailed configuration for major functional areas
  • Assume the Solution Owner role on smaller projects when no Solution Owner is assigned
  • Lead detailed business process mapping sessions to identify pain points and configure target-state processes
  • Deliver operational optimization projects focused on refining workflows and improving productivity
  • Provide technical feasibility assessments for configuration requests within the core platform
  • Identify technical triggers requiring engagement with the Solution Architect or other technical resources
  • Contribute to resolution discussions regarding solution or configuration challenges
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Solution Owner to manage communication and drive resolution
  • Consult with the Data Engineer to align configured solutions with data transformation requirements
  • Contribute to and execute customer change management and adoption plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key users, guiding them through Bullhorn best practices and operational trade-offs
  • Execute, refine, and manage key segments of end-to-end solution delivery during implementation and consulting engagements
  • Ensure technical configuration and design meet and optimize customer business requirements

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of total experience
  • Significant direct exposure to the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementation
  • Strong track record of executing, configuring, and optimizing complex business processes
  • Demonstrable success managing configuration for ATS/CRM implementation projects
  • Experience consulting with small to mid-sized staffing agencies
  • Experience leading the implementation and configuration of complex business solutions within a defined architectural design
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the technical stack to confidently configure and deliver the solution independently
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, and key business drivers within a staffing vertical (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Optimization principles
  • Understanding of Change Management and User Adoption principles
  • Certifications that strengthen credibility: Certified Staffing Professional (CSP – ASA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma certification
