Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary service design work aimed at mapping current state and identifying opportunities for improved future-state service delivery
Support the development and execution of project plans, including schedules, deliverables, and scope
Coordinate across the team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client and government standards
Lead development and ongoing management of implementation plans, including: Quality control plans, Communication plans, Knowledge transfer plans
Keep work moving forward across multiple streams without things slipping through the cracks
Ensure deliverables are structured, complete, and aligned with expectations
Proactively identify risks and issues before they become problems
Develop practical mitigation strategies and keep stakeholders informed
Clearly articulate priorities and trade-offs when things get complex
Support a collaborative, well-aligned team environment across disciplines
Resolve resourcing or interpersonal challenges as they arise
Ensure everyone understands what we’re trying to achieve and how their work connects to it.
Requirements
Min. 4+ years of experience in project management roles (PMP Designation an Asset)
Experience working in consulting, advisory, or client-facing environments
Strong ability to build and manage project schedules, deliverables, and scope
Comfortable identifying risks early and navigating ambiguity
Clear, structured communicator who can translate complexity into action
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and keeping work on track
Ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
