Seeking a hands - on Senior Project Manager with Agile/Scrum delivery experience for application development and UI modernization projects.
About the role
- Senior Project Manager supporting delivery of government digital transformation initiatives. Leading multi-disciplinary teams for service design and project delivery in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary service design work aimed at mapping current state and identifying opportunities for improved future-state service delivery
- Support the development and execution of project plans, including schedules, deliverables, and scope
- Coordinate across the team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client and government standards
- Lead development and ongoing management of implementation plans, including: Quality control plans, Communication plans, Knowledge transfer plans
- Keep work moving forward across multiple streams without things slipping through the cracks
- Ensure deliverables are structured, complete, and aligned with expectations
- Proactively identify risks and issues before they become problems
- Develop practical mitigation strategies and keep stakeholders informed
- Clearly articulate priorities and trade-offs when things get complex
- Support a collaborative, well-aligned team environment across disciplines
- Resolve resourcing or interpersonal challenges as they arise
- Ensure everyone understands what we’re trying to achieve and how their work connects to it.
Requirements
- Min. 4+ years of experience in project management roles (PMP Designation an Asset)
- Experience working in consulting, advisory, or client-facing environments
- Strong ability to build and manage project schedules, deliverables, and scope
- Comfortable identifying risks early and navigating ambiguity
- Clear, structured communicator who can translate complexity into action
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and keeping work on track
- Ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
