About the role

Content Coordinator producing and updating content for BWZ with in-house AI tools and collaboration. Ensuring high-quality delivery of content across multiple publications in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality content across BWZ publications using in-house automations, SOPs, templates, and formats.
Maintain strong output velocity while upholding accuracy, clarity, and SEO requirements.
Identify recurring issues, edge cases, or blockers and surface them to the Content Manager.
QA all assigned content—new and upgraded—to ensure accuracy, readability, SEO alignment, and brand consistency.
Collaborate with the SEO Content Manager to improve the usefulness and performance of each content format and implement improvements at scale.

2+ years of experience in content production, content coordination, editorial operations, or a similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and QA skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and structure.
Background in SEO principles and on-page best practices (SEO writing, content marketing, or operational editorial work).
Experience working with or writing about SaaS products is an asset.
Ability to follow detailed SOPs, templates, and workflows with consistency and precision.
Comfort using AI tools as part of a structured editorial process.
Experience with WordPress.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple pieces of content simultaneously.
