Responsibilities
Reviewing drug exception requests and completing set‑ups in the Tandem system
Corresponding by phone and email with Group Offices, Resource Centers, Benefit Payment Offices, and Group Customer Contact Services
Running and maintaining reports using Excel
Scanning, logging, and distributing referrals and prior authorizations
Attending the office at least two days per week
Requirements

Ability to deliver high‑quality results with speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced, challenging, and constantly changing environment.
Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
Experience using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications; excellent keyboarding skills (40 wpm)
Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only.
