About the role

  • Intermediate Project Manager supporting online game features for Capgemini Engineering. Collaborating with teams to track progress and ensure high delivery standards in game development environments.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily team operations, including standups, sprint ceremonies, and workflow coordination to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Manage and maintain JIRA boards, including ticket creation, grooming, tracking, and ensuring accurate workflow progression.
  • Monitor team progress, delivery timelines, and upcoming work; prepare required engineering and workload reports.
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks or blockers as needed, collaborating with the Senior PM and Engineering Manager on mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of project management experience in software, game development, or similar technical environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience running day‑to‑day development workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with JIRA and common project tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.
  • Experience identifying risks, managing dependencies, and supporting delivery timelines.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, iterative development environment with shifting priorities.
