About the role
- Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies and improving team processes within Capgemini. Supporting scrum teams to unlock technology value and enhance product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support the team in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
- Support the team in preparing user stories from epics
- Ensure the team follows Scrum framework values and Agile practices
- Mentor and motivate teams to improve processes
- Facilitate Agile meetings and work towards eliminating impediments
- Help the team in decision-making scenarios
- Hands-on experience using GENAI capabilities in day-to-day work and encourage the team to use the same
- Experience capturing and reporting GENAI savings to required stakeholders
Requirements
- Scrum Master experience for a minimum of 8 years
- Working experience with at least 10 team members in the corresponding Agile team
- Experience in representing the team in Scrum of Scrums
- Experience handling teams with both onsite and offshore members
- Able to coordinate well with the Product Owner and other Agile team members
