About the role

  • Bilingual Advisor Service Centre Representative assisting Canadian clients via phone and email. Provide exceptional customer service in both French and English with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • The role requires direct communication with our clients and colleagues across Canada.
  • As part of Fidelity’s dynamic work model, you will have a flexible hybrid work schedule.
  • You will provide first-class customer service to investment advisors, their administrative support teams, and investors in our inbound call centre.
  • You will work directly with advisors to provide the support they need to inform their clients and plan short- and long-term investment strategies.
  • You will represent Fidelity by handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and, when appropriate, promptly connecting clients with the right internal associate.

Requirements

  • College diploma (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in both spoken and written French and English is required
