About the role
- Creative VFX Supervisor overseeing all creative output at Untold Studios. Leading project execution and managing various teams to ensure quality deliverables in a hybrid role
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the creative process from bidding, pitching, methodologies, scheduling through to execution.
- Taking ownership of your workload from the start of a project through to the deadline.
- Working closely with Producers and Coordinators to manage schedules and budgets.
- Managing teams of varying size.
- Leading multiple projects concurrently.
- Collaborating with Clients and Directors to create high-quality work.
- Effectively managing expectations internally and client side.
- Providing on-set supervision and assisting the Director.
- Mentoring artists through a project and beyond.
- Attending industry events and public speaking as an ambassador for Untold Studios.
Requirements
- A history of delivering creative VFX work of the highest calibre.
- Experience leading projects from beginning to end.
- Deep working knowledge of a range of industry standard software.
- Ability to provide creative and technical support to teams.
- Solutions driven and love analysing and solving problems.
- Experience in managing all aspects of the creative process from bidding, pitching, methodologies, scheduling through to execution.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
- Experience mentoring artists and driving recruitment by sourcing talent, reviewing CVs, interviewing.
- Strong client relationship handling skills.
