About the role

Responsibilities
- Set up, repair and maintain medication/treatment carts, fax machines and other equipment
- Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
- Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing maintenance
- Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes
- Support onboarding and off boarding of homes
- Local deliveries and pickups
