About the role

  • Regional Training Manager developing patient-support training programs for Cencora, a global pharmaceutical solutions company. Evaluating learning outcomes, coordinating delivery, and supporting case-manager development across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs through needs assessments, curriculum design, training-material creation, learning-module development, and competency-framework establishment aligned to patient support operations
  • Deliver training through classroom sessions, virtual platforms, field observations, and one-on-one coaching
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by measuring knowledge retention, assessing skill application, analyzing performance data, gathering stakeholder feedback, and implementing improvements
  • Ensure training content reflects current HIPAA requirements, privacy regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and standard operating procedures
  • Partner with district managers, clinical leadership, quality assurance, and operations teams to identify performance gaps and support continuous improvement
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, arranging attendance, securing venues and technology, maintaining learning management systems, and tracking completion and certification records
  • Design new-hire orientation programs and career-development resources
  • Mentor trainers and build training capacity across the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, health sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in patient services, case management, pharmaceutical operations, healthcare services, or a related field required
  • Previous sales-role or Field Case Manager experience within a patient support program considered a valuable asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English considered a valuable asset
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing preferred for nursing candidates
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM), Case Management Administrator (ACM-SW), or equivalent certification preferred
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Association for Talent Development (ATD), or equivalent certification preferred
