About the role
- Implementing TruckMate transportation management software and training enterprise logistics clients. Analyzing workflows, configuring solutions, and guiding data conversion and go-live strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementations by defining customer requirements, analyzing workflows, and configuring module setups
- Conduct business process assessments
- Deliver comprehensive training to external clients
- Guide data conversion activities and go-live cutover strategies
- Resolve technical implementation issues
- Collaborate with Trimble project managers and customer stakeholders
- Deliver daily recaps and maintain clear operational timelines
- Analyze complex enterprise operations and re-engineer workflows
- Implement sophisticated transportation management system software solutions
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software with external clients
- Ability to analyze business workflows and translate client operational needs into effective software configurations
- Leadership skills with experience in cross-functional prioritization, project ownership, and consensus building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Direct experience with TruckMate systems or enterprise transportation management software is a bonus
- Practical operational or administrative experience in transportation and logistics is a bonus
- Background in project management methodologies and database troubleshooting for financial or operational workflows is a bonus
- Travel requirement of 60–80%
