About the role
- Salesforce Technical Lead leading design and development of Salesforce solutions in financial services industry. Collaborating and guiding teams to drive system delivery and innovations in integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across the IT organization
- Design and implement complex Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Ensure Salesforce integrates with the larger Citco ecosystem in standard patterns and following best practices
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce development
- Lead technical planning sessions and provide expertise in solution design reviews
- Manage complex Salesforce releases and deployments across environments
- Develop and maintain integration patterns between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure security and compliance standards are maintained across all Salesforce implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce development and architecture
- Certified Salesforce Developer and/or Architect
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
- Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and integration patterns
- Demonstrated experience with middleware platforms and ETL tools
- Solid understanding of Git version control and CI/CD practices
- Experience implementing and maintaining standard security models
- Strong background in Salesforce governance and release management
- Proven track record of leading Agile development teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
