Project Coordinator assisting in construction processes with Clark Builders. Involved in project startups, execution, and closeout responsibilities for construction projects.
Responsibilities
Supporting in project startups with responsibilities including but not limited to tendering and bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, utilities and site services applications, permit applications, quantity take-offs, assisting in development of the project communication plan and managing project schedule
Project execution and document control responsibilities including Request for Information (RFI), Site Instructions (SI), Submittals, Change Requests (CRX), Change Orders (CO)
Project closeout responsibilities including assisting with inspections, owner training, managing the O&M Manuals, reviewing, tracking and communicating punch and deficiency lists, removing all insurance, closeout of utilities and site services, and removing temporary facilities
Maintain the integrity of the QA/QC plan
Facilitate, record and compile meeting minutes; follow up on action items
Track productivity and performance of the project

Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelors' degree, diploma or 2-year certificate in a construction related discipline
Experience working as a Project Coordinator for a Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional Construction organization previously is an asset
Experience with Procore® is an asset
Experience with Last Planner® System is an asset
Experience with collaborative pull planning is an asset
Experience with various types of construction contracts is an asset
