Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team of TD&L professionals
Evolve and oversee global talent management programs
Partner to optimize the Global Onboarding Experience

Play a critical role in building AI capability across the business
Measure and report on program KPIs
Drive execution on the TD&L strategy
Partner as a leader in the broader People team
Oversee learning infrastructure and integrate DIBE principles
Own reporting and narrative for global TD&L initiatives
Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR or Talent Development experience, including leading talent programs and teams in organizations of 2000+ employees
Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Deep knowledge of talent management practices including performance management, succession planning, 360 feedback, and career development program design
Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
Hands-on experience leading or working alongside learning experience designers
Genuinely energized by AI and brings real, hands-on fluency
Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across teams
Ability to translate talent data and program metrics into compelling narratives
