Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of TD&L professionals
- Evolve and oversee global talent management programs
- Partner to optimize the Global Onboarding Experience
- Guide the launch of Leadership Behaviours across talent programs
- Play a critical role in building AI capability across the business
- Measure and report on program KPIs
- Drive execution on the TD&L strategy
- Partner as a leader in the broader People team
- Oversee learning infrastructure and integrate DIBE principles
- Own reporting and narrative for global TD&L initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR or Talent Development experience, including leading talent programs and teams in organizations of 2000+ employees
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of talent management practices including performance management, succession planning, 360 feedback, and career development program design
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Hands-on experience leading or working alongside learning experience designers
- Genuinely energized by AI and brings real, hands-on fluency
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across teams
- Ability to translate talent data and program metrics into compelling narratives
