Senior Product Manager leading Clio Docket from MVP through product-market fit and SMB adoption. Focusing on legal workflows, data infrastructure, and AI integrations within a legal tech company.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve Clio Docket’s vision as a core pillar of the Clio and Vincent ecosystem, positioning it as a workflow product rather than a data product
Identify the highest-value use cases for SMB litigators, starting with key states like CA, NY, TX, and FL
Determine where and how to expand docket data coverage into new U.S. jurisdictions, and what signals indicate product-market fit in each
Own the roadmap across docket and document sync, auto-calendaring, deadline derivation, filing-triggered workflows and automation, and Vincent AI integrations
Drive prioritization based on customer value, coverage constraints, and adoption and revenue impact
Design product-led growth loops with built-in virality, including shared documents and matter-based expansion
Requirements
5 to 10 or more years in Product Management, including at least 3 years in legal tech and a track record of shipping products used by lawyers
Deep understanding of litigation workflows: dockets, filings, deadlines, motions, case strategy
Proven experience building B2B SaaS products
Strong product instincts, with the ability to distinguish between an interesting feature and a workflow-changing product
Comfortable working with data-heavy products involving search, structured data, and unstructured data
Excellent at customer discovery, prioritization under constraints, and cross-functional leadership
Serious bonus points if you have:
Experience with docketing products such as Docket Alarm, Trellis, or UniCourt
Experience with practice management systems such as Clio or MyCase
Experience with legal AI tools such as Harvey or Legora
A background in law (JD or equivalent) or extensive hands-on experience working with lawyers
Experience with product-led growth in SMB SaaS
Experience building integration-heavy or platform products
