Bilingual Nurse Navigator helping Canadians navigate healthcare and coordinate care through Kii Health’s healthcare solutions. Supporting members, providers, insurers, and case managers remotely.
Responsibilities
Assess and support members with their healthcare needs
Help members navigate the Canadian healthcare system
Coordinate appointments, consultations, diagnostic testing, treatment, and follow-up care
Communicate with members, healthcare providers, insurers, case managers, and other stakeholders
Advocate for members and identify appropriate healthcare resources
Identify barriers to care and develop practical solutions
Explain healthcare processes, available resources, and next steps to members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting service expectations
Work collaboratively with the broader healthcare team
Participate in process improvements and service enhancements
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Current RN or RPN registration in good standing with the applicable regulatory college
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Strong knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong computer and technology skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working from home
Compassionate, member-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Dedicated private workspace required
Reliable high-speed internet required
Successful pre-employment screening required
Preferred: experience in disability management, case management, care coordination, or healthcare navigation
Preferred: mental health experience or additional mental health training
Preferred: experience working with insurers, employers, healthcare providers, or interdisciplinary teams
Preferred: experience with performance measures or service metrics
Bilingual in French and English considered an asset

Monday to Friday schedule
No weekends or statutory holiday shifts currently required
Rotating shifts: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
