Senior Product Manager needed for a 6 - month contract in downtown Vancouver with retail and data analytics experience. Onsite 4 days/week.
About the role
- Product Owner driving integration and enhancements for Cogeco Mobile's product suite. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities and support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operating within a fast-paced Agile environment, the Product Owner for Wireless System is the primary driver of integration, enhancement, and overall performance of our mobile product suite.
- Act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution—collaborating with marketing, network, device, and vendor teams to launch new functionalities, automate manual processes, and maintain a high-performing product roadmap.
- Deliver new product capabilities & functionalities such as new pricing construct, and ensure all related activities get delivered.
- In collaboration with network and device teams, integrate new products such as devices within existing systems.
- Ensure continuous improvements get tested and validated.
- Provide operation support and portability support.
Requirements
- A team player, able to build consensus - someone easy to collaborate with, but driven to deliver.
- An iron fist in a velvet glove.
- A curious and entrepreneurial spirit - if something needs to get done, figure out how to get it done.
- An independent person able to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with different timelines.
- Ability to figure out what is important from what can wait and prioritize accordingly.
- Familiar with the google/microsoft suite of products (excel, word, powerpoint) and Figma.
- Familiar with agile tools like Jira & Confluence.
- Bilingual as an asset.
