About the role

  • Senior Manager defining talent development strategies at Cohere, a leading AI company. Shaping learning and development programs to enhance leadership and managerial capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define how Cohere develops managers, leaders, and talent as the company scales.
  • Design programs, frameworks, and ways of working that help grow its people.
  • Work directly with the Head of HR to shape the Talent Development function.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to build needed capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience in building leadership, manager, or talent development programs from scratch.
  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment.
