About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading AI-powered review systems at CoLab to help engineering teams identify issues. Collaborating with AI/ML, Engineering, and customers to drive better decisions.
Responsibilities
- own product strategy and execution for CoLab’s AutoReview capabilities
- partner closely with AI/ML Teams, Engineering, and Design to define and ship intelligent workflow experiences
- identify high-value opportunities for automation and AI-assisted decision making within engineering reviews
- conduct deep customer research to understand workflow pain points, trust barriers, and adoption patterns
- define product requirements and make prioritization trade-offs across UX, technical feasibility, and business impact
- use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product effectiveness and customer outcomes
- help shape CoLab’s long-term AI product strategy
- collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to support launches, positioning, and customer adoption
- drive clarity and momentum in highly ambiguous problem spaces
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products
- experience building AI-enabled, workflow automation, or recommendation-driven products is required.
- experience with AI/ML-powered enterprise products
- strong product judgment and systems thinking
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- experience working closely with highly technical Engineering teams
- proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value
