About the role

Lead Business Analyst guiding client transformation, requirements, and process improvement for CoverGo, a global digital insurance technology provider. Leading Business Analysts and documentation quality.

Responsibilities

Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
Produce Functional Specifications and interact extensively with business units and teams for Requirements Gathering and Elicitation
Lead direct-report Business Analysts to grow and continuously improve their craftsmanship
Develop test plans for new workflows and processes and document process changes
Create process models for current and future states for process analysis
Initiate process assessments to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness and create findings and improvement recommendations
Complete process gap analysis and transactional process documentation requests using consultative and proactive engagement frameworks
Execute the end-to-end document lifecycle to ensure consistent quality from process creation to consumption
Ensure procedures for controlling, preserving, securing, and updating business process documentation are followed

A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field
At least 7 years of experience in a BA role
Previous experience working in the insurance industry or Insurtech is a must
Experience in advising and guiding clients on complex transformation programs with key domain expertise in business readiness, business adoption, change strategy, visioning, execution, stakeholder management, benefits management, and communication
Basic understanding of the technical development cycle of a mobile application or web portals
Agile/Scrum Framework for Project Planning & Release Management experience is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
