About the role

  • Senior Field Marketing Manager leading memorable events and high-touch ABM campaigns for CrowdRiff, a destination marketing visual storytelling platform. Managing budgets, vendors, HubSpot demand generation, and customer expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own the event portfolio by evaluating opportunities and developing an event strategy that drives pipeline, expansion, and retention
  • Design and execute memorable booths and activations, including end-to-end on-site logistics
  • Decide who attends events, prepare attendees, and ensure on-site information reaches HubSpot for follow-up
  • Run pre-event outreach, meeting booking, and post-event follow-up in HubSpot with Account Management
  • Report event spend, meetings, pipeline, expansion, and revenue, including quarterly rollups
  • Execute high-touch ABM campaigns such as dinners, small-format gatherings, and one-to-few experiences for target accounts
  • Manage vendor and organizer relationships, negotiate sponsorships, and oversee fabrication, print, and freight suppliers
  • Own customer receptions, dinners, webinars, and other first-party activations
  • Forecast the events and field marketing budget and make tradeoff decisions
  • Deepen existing customer relationships through high-touch account campaigns

Requirements

  • 5–7 years running large-scale events with full portfolio ownership
  • Calm and decisive on-site, with the ability to prepare others to represent the company
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience with lists, workflows, campaigns, attribution, and reporting
  • Daily use of Claude or similar AI tools, with sound judgment about human review
  • Experience executing high-touch ABM and account programs, including programs for existing customers
  • Strong marketing analysis and clean, on-brand copywriting
  • Comfortable managing and forecasting budgets
  • Curious about how destination marketing works
  • Remote work eligibility based in Canada
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Nice to have: experience marketing to DMOs, tourism boards, or travel/hospitality
  • Nice to have: portfolio of designed booths or activations
  • Nice to have: background in experiential, brand, or environmental design
