About the role

  • Product Manager for AXIS Road Service at Campana Systems. Collaborating with AAA/CAA clubs on product strategy and execution in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary product liaison for AAA/CAA clubs; conduct ongoing discovery to understand pain points and opportunities.
  • Own the vision and multi-year roadmap, including modernization and AI initiatives such as intelligent routing, predictive dispatch, fraud detection, and analytics.
  • Translate needs into clear requirements, manage the backlog, and partner with Agile teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Support sales, professional services, and support with product messaging, demos, training, and rollout planning.
  • Partner with engineering, BI, and support teams; act as product owner during high-impact incidents.
  • Lead responsible AI initiatives that deliver customer value while maintaining operational trust and reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise or operational software
  • Experience with mission-critical, dispatch, logistics, or fleet systems
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience
  • Comfortable working with both modern and legacy platforms
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel across North America
