About the role

  • UI/UX Designer driving inclusive digital experiences for the transgender community. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance accessibility and user engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability studies, surveys, and contextual research.
  • Design intuitive user flows and information architecture, creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across platforms.
  • Design for screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice interaction, and assistive technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, participating in sprint planning and design reviews.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating accessibility, user-centered design, and end-to-end product design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Expert), FigJam, Adobe XD (Preferred), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Miro, and Zeplin (Preferred).
  • Experience with WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and accessible design practices.
  • Strong empathy for diverse user groups and passion for accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
