About the role

  • Training Coordinator at a leading biotechnology firm. Responsible for managing training activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring training readiness for global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage training activities within an LMS (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Partner with Global Training, OCM, and business teams to align training with deployment milestones
  • Track training readiness, attendance, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Support migration and retirement of local training materials
  • Provide ongoing support during deployment and hypercare phases

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination or LMS administration
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or similar)
  • Project coordination skills is a plus
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
  • Experience supporting enterprise system or ERP implementations is a plus
  • Ability to work with global teams across time zones
