Web Project Coordinator at Design Shopp coordinating website projects from planning to launch for diverse clients. Requires strong experience in web project management and bilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

**What You’ll Do**
**Project Coordination & Delivery (Primary Focus)**
Coordinate website projects from planning through launch
Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects
Help in the coordinator of Web projects with Web Project Managers and other team members
Ensure clear communication of requirements, feedback, and updates
Understand projects scope and help keep projects on track with the team
Support with QA processes and launch readiness
**Collaboration & Process (Ongoing Focus)**
Work closely with Project Managers, designers, developers, and marketing team members
Help improve internal workflows and project management processes when needed
Maintain documentation, briefs, and project assets
Contribute to a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For**
Minimum 3 years of experience in website project management or Website project coordination
Strong understanding of web projects (WordPress is a necessity, custom builds or Shopify is a plus)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Clear and confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

**Profil recherché**
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion ou coordination de projets web
Bonne compréhension des projets web (WordPress est requis, les projets sur mesure ou Shopify sont un atout)
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, avec aisance auprès des clients et des équipes internes
Bilingue (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit)
Souci du détail et attitude proactive axée sur la résolution de problèmes
