Responsibilities
- Help review claims and issue claims settlement directives
- Provide settlement opinions for complex claims

- Conduct research, proposing solutions to conflicts and situations outside the expert’s scope of authority
- Help prepare action plans based on claims reviews
- Verify and approve claims settlements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Advanced experience with Accident Benefits claims handling
- CIP designation, or ability to be licensed in ALL Atlantic Provinces
- Business insight, Complexity Trade Union (If applicable)
