About the role
- Senior Advisor driving the adoption of generative AI technologies for P&C insurance. Leading workshops, evaluating use cases, and supporting operational transformation within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Leading the P&C insurance sector’s adoption of emerging generative AI technologies by defining practices and tools
- Anticipating technological developments, structuring long-term approaches and supporting cultural shift and operational transformation
- Designing and leading workshops, training and adoption pathways
- Conducting ongoing monitoring and testing of emerging technologies related to P&C insurance
- Creating and leading a community of practice on AI technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- IT expertise: IT ecosystems, Agile practices, DevSecOps and quality assurance
- Proficiency in generative AI solutions
